Vintage 1950's Art Pottery Wall Pocket Vase w/ Birds. This great wall pocket vase is quite large at 7-1/4" tall x 7" wide. It is chartruese with gold accents and looks like California pottery from one of the many companies of the 1950's. It has no indication of the maker. It has a chip on the bottom that seems to be from when it was made as there is gold paint over part of it and there is a rough spot where the glaze is chipped on the side. It has a very tight hairline crack on the left side front where the back portion joins it. It also has a very tight hairline at center front. Neither of them translate through to the inside. None of the flaws are readily apparent. Overall it is atractive and in good condition.

Vintage Majolica Birds on a Branch Wall Pocket Vase. This charming vibrant wall pocket vase is 9-1/4" long x 5" wide. It has some issues. The tail and one wing of the large bird is missing. They are both glazed so it must have come from the manufacturer this way. One of the baby birds has a chipped beak. The back left corner has a one inch hairline. It is marked Japan and has oriental writing inscised on the back. Overall this is a attractive item.

Vintage Miyao/Py Bambi Deer Wall Pocket. This adorable wall pocket vase is 7" tall x 4-1/2" wide. It is marked on the back with the hallmark of Miyao/Py and it dates to +1944. It has crazing, some chips to the flowers and a repaired flake on the ear and otherwise it is in good condition.
