Exquisite Grand Antique Enameled Vase Urn. This fabulous vase is 16" tall x 10-1/2" wide (at the widest part of the handle). It has a cobalt base color with stylized flowers and leaves outlines in thick enamel of gold and copper colors. It dates to mid-1800's and is unmarked. I believe it is an export from Japan. It has a scratch on the front inside the circle with the small white flowers. It has a hairline crack in one of the handles that has been professionally stablized. It has some crazing and wear to the gilding as is typical of something of it's age. It is an outstandingly lovely piece in overall good condition.
