We believe that these are under plates that were used for a bowl rather than a cup due to the size of these but we could be wrong. These UNDER PLATES or SAUCERS feature the GEORGETTE PATTERN SHAPE aka the PETALWARE PATTERN SHAPE. They have a lovely decal decoration on them known as FLANDERS. The decoration is of ORANGE POPPIES with blue and pink forget-me-knots and blue asters with green stems. The W.S. GEORGE script mark is in green under the glaze on the bottom. The CONDITION is ESTATE USED. They have some signs of usage scratches but the decals are very bright and the glaze is shiny.
